Professors frequently step aside, facilitating active learning and allowing the teacher to assess student’s grasp of the new concepts. Steady, consistent feedback both individually and collectively allows students to focus on personal growth and areas of need. And student’s feedback gives professors the opportunity to adjust the teaching-learning process. Students get the time and space to self-reflect so they can plan, organize, and monitor their own work and learning process. Professor’s passion for the field stimulates student’s engagement and a positive responses to the learning process.
